Deleting your Bubble Duel account

From the app (immediately)

1. Open the game and tap the player card with your name at the top of the lobby.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the window that opens, and confirm.
3. Your account and the information tied to it are deleted at once.

Without the app (by email)

1. Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to [email protected]. Include your nickname and friend code (shown on the friends page in the game); if you don't know them, tell us which Google Play Games or Game Center account your game account is linked to.
2. Your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest, and we let you know by email.

What is deleted?

• Your game account and the record linking it to your Google Play Games / Game Center ID.
• Your nickname, friend code, streak and all your statistics.
• Your friend list, and you on other players' lists.
• The match-fixing reports you made.
• Your in-game usage records (sessions, match results, tutorial steps).

What remains?

In the records of matches you played, your place is taken by an ID that is no longer tied to any account; these records do not identify you and are kept so your opponents' statistics stay correct. The server's security access logs are deleted automatically within 14 days at most.
